  5.    This version includes the 'Advanced Workout Advisor', a
  6.    graphic description of many freeweight exercises. In order
  7.    to take advantage of this, you should have your screen in
  8.    640 X 480 setting and at least 256 color display. You can
  9.    set these from Control Panel.

  11.    During installation you will have the option to either
  12.    install these graphics or not. If you do not install them
  13.    it will save you some disk space but you will not be able
  14.    to use the Advanced Workout Advisor. You can always do
  15.    the full installation later, however if desired.

  17.    If on the other hand, you do install the graphics and later
  18.    decide you'd rather have the disk space, simply delete all
  19.    the .BMP files in the program directory or remove the
  20.    program entirely as you can always reinstall from the
  21.    original location.

  23.    We feel the Advanced Workout Advisor is a valuable addition
  24.    to the program, since Weight Training is (in my opinion)
  25.    just as important to overall fitness as aerobic exercise.
